2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate personal information
  • Agree to our verification, referral, and investment policies
  • Maintain only one active Trade Line account per individual

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to password sharing.

3. Investment Plans & ROI Policy

3.1 Investment Plans

Users may invest in any available plan offered on the platform.
Each plan includes:

  • Fixed or flexible investment amount
  • ROI (Return on Investment) structure
  • Referral & team-based income eligibility
  • Performance bonus qualification

3.2 Monthly ROI (Return on Investment)

  • Users receive 8% monthly ROI based on their purchased plan.
  • The annual ROI equals 96%, calculated monthly.
  • ROI payouts are subject to system schedules and may vary in case of maintenance or compliance checks.
  • ROI is not guaranteed, and may be paused or delayed under risk management protocols.

3.3 Wallet Credit

ROI is automatically credited to the user’s wallet as per plan rules.
Users can track earnings in the Wallet section at any time.

4. Referral & Team Income Policy

Trade Line Company offers a multi-layered referral structure to encourage team growth.

4.1 Instant Referral Bonus

When a user joins through your Trade ID:

  • You receive 10% Instant Income based on their investment amount.

4.2 Multi-Level Team Income

Users earn across 5 levels of their team:

  • Level 1 → 10%
  • Level 2 → 5%
  • Level 3 → 3%
  • Level 4 → 2%
  • Level 5 → 1%

Income is credited only when team members invest or add funds.

4.3 Performance Bonus

Team size bonuses include:

  • 10 Members → $20
  • 20 Members → $40
  • 40 Members → $80
  • And continues doubling as team size increases.

5. Withdrawal Rules

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Users can withdraw earnings only after completing:

  • Investment activation
  • Required KYC verification
  • Wallet balance minimum threshold

5.2 Withdrawal Fees

Admin may apply a configurable withdrawal fee (percentage-based).
Net amount is credited after deducting applicable fees.

5.3 Processing Time

Withdrawals may take 24–72 hours depending on processing queues and blockchain confirmation.

6. KYC (Know Your Customer)

To comply with financial regulations, users must submit:

Trade Line Company provides business-based earnings, market-influenced financial models, and referral-driven rewards.
However:

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • Income depends on user activity, team growth, and market conditions
  • The company reserves the right to modify or pause earnings in case of fraud, security issues, or system upgrades

Users should invest only what they can afford and seek financial advice if needed.

9. Platform Usage Rules

Users must not:

  • Attempt to hack, modify, or manipulate system code
  • Create multiple accounts for misuse
  • Submit fake KYC documents
  • Tamper with referral structures
  • Spread misinformation about the company

Any suspicious activity may result in account suspension.

10. Modifications to Terms

Trade Line Company may update or revise the Terms & Conditions at any time.
All updates will be posted on the website. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Trade Line Company is not responsible for:

  • Delay in ROI caused by technical maintenance
  • Withdrawal delays due to blockchain congestion

  • Third-party wallet/address errors
